REPORT OF GUEST LECTURE

沙巴体育 School of Nursing organised a "沙巴体育 orientation for beginners" session?on July 11, 2024, at 2:30 pm as part of Pillar 2 (IOE): Exemplary 沙巴体育 and Innovation of 沙巴体育 College of Nursing, 沙巴体育. The target audience was Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery students. Dr. Melita Sheilini, Associate Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON, MAHE, 沙巴体育, was the resource person for the session. She highlighted the key elements of research, the skills required, the research cycle, its importance, and the pathways for advancing research skills after a diploma in nursing.

A total of 116 participants attended the session. Ms. Saraswathi Hebbar, Lecturer, MSON, coordinated the event.? The participants were engaged through active learning exercises. This session contributed to SDG 4: "Quality Education".
