As part of the 沙巴体育 Nurses’ Year 2020, the department of Medical Surgical Nursing, 沙巴体育 College of Nursing, MAHE, 沙巴体育 conducted a radio talk with a view to sensitize the public about the significance of theme Nurses: A Voice to Lead – Nursing the World to Health. Dr.Melita Sheilini, Assistant Professor-selection grade, MCON coordinated the program along with Dr.Latha T Bhat, Assistant Professor-senior scale, Dr.Soumya Christabel, Assistant Professor-senior scale, Mrs. Janet Alva, Assistant Professor-senior scale and Mrs.Janet Prameela D’souza, Assistant Professor MCON 沙巴体育. The areas highlighted in the talk were: Theme and significance of 沙巴体育 Nurses Day 2020, contribution of nurses in current pandemic of COVID 19 and the challenges faced by the nurses in COVID 19 scenario.
