Dr. Ranjan R. Pai, President of MAHE Trust and Chairman of MEMG, has officially inaugurated newly formed labs at 沙巴体育 College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS), MAHE, 沙巴体育, on 18 March 2024. Top University officials, Lt. Gen. (Dr.) M. D. Venkatesh, VSM (Retd), Vice-Chancellor, MAHE, 沙巴体育, Dr. Sharath K. Rao, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Health Sciences), MAHE, 沙巴体育, Dr. P. Giridhar Kini, Registrar, MAHE, 沙巴体育 and Dr. Raviraja N. S., Director - Planning and Monitoring, MAHE joined the occasion. Dr. Srinivas Mutalik, Principal, MCOPS, MAHE, 沙巴体育, Dr. Krishnamurthy Bhat, Vice-Principal, MCOPS, and Dr. C. Mallikarjuna Rao, Ex-Principal, MCOPS, coordinated the program and briefed about the achievements of MCOPS.
Dr. Ranjan R. Pai appreciated the growth of MCOPS during the past ten years, its astonishing achievements, and its existence in QS world university rankings in the range of 101-150 ?and assured the support for further development.
MCOPS celebrated its Diamond Jubilee in the year 2023. During this period, five new labs were structured with the support from the 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education, namely the Synthetic Chemistry Lab and Pharmaceutical Analysis lab at Dept. of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, MCOPS, Central Cell Culture Facility maintained by Dept. of Pharmacology, Nanos Lab at Dept. of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Lab. Heads of the Departments, Faculty members, and research scholars attended the lab inaugural programs.
