Overview
The B.Tech program in Aeronautical engineering deals with the design, construction, maintenance, safety and study of science behind various aircrafts and their components.
For a better learning process, students are exposed to case studies and problem-based learning, brainstorming, written tests, computer simulation, group discussions, industrial training seminars, technical seminars and projects.
Students are placed in organisations dealing with products and services related to the aerospace industry and software solutions such as Tata Consultancy Services, Atkins Aerospace, Honeywell, Accenture, etc.

Eligibility
- Citizenship: Indian nationals
- Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
Admissions
General Category: Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India 沙巴体育 Entrance Test - MET 2018.
Foreign/NRI Category: Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Note: Candidates can apply both under General and Foreign/NRI categories. Change of category from Foreign/NRI to General after admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Test Syllabus: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and General English include questions based on the 10+2 syllabus followed by major 10+2 Boards /Universities. The detailed syllabi can be downloaded from www.admissions.manipal.edu.
