Four Students - Ms Ayman Fathima Baig, Dr Deeksha Singh, Dr Divya Narayanan, Dr Utsha Ghosh of the MPH Programme, Prasanna School of Public Health (PSPH), 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), 沙巴体育 visited Tampere University, Finland, Europe from January 02, 2024, to March 02, 2024, as part of the Student Exchange Programme.

During the Student Exchange Programme at Tampere University, Finland, the Students were immersed in a transformative academic and cultural journey. Catarina Stahle, the Students' invaluable point of contact in Tampere, guided them with her expertise and support. The students deeply appreciated her assistance, which had contributed significantly to their personal growth.

The teaching method at Tampere University was unique and innovative. The professors and students there were instrumental in smoothing their transition. The professors were understanding and supportive, guiding the students every step of the way. The lectures attended by the students broadened their perspectives, enhancing their research and thesis capabilities for the future.

Also, the tutors assigned to the Students, Kamilia Tanjung and Dr Saeed Ahmad, helped them get settled into Tampere and ensured they got a wholesome student life experience there. During the course of their study, they met a lot of international students who enriched their lives there. The professors and tutors took them out for recreational activities.
