Dr. Giridhar started his academic career by joining his alma mater MIT 沙巴体育 as a Lecturer in the year 1999 and since then has served MIT and MAHE in various academic and administrative capacities. ?He was deputed to 沙巴体育 University Jaipur (MUJ) in the year 2012 and also served as the Head of the Department (HOD) of Department of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineering, School of Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (SEEC), MU Jaipur for a short period. During this tenure he was instrumental in setting up of various UG & PG Labs of Department of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engg at MU Jaipur.

Dr. Giridhar was the Associate Director (Industrial Liaison, Placement & Practice School), MIT 沙巴体育? during June 2013 to December 2017. During this tenure, he established a higher industry connect for UG & PG Practice School, in addition to full-time placements; leading to a significant improvement in the number of Fortune 500 recruiters visiting MIT, 沙巴体育 for internship and placement opportunities. Dr. Giridhar was Director (Admissions) MAHE 沙巴体育 during January 2018 – November 2022. During his tenure, the MAHE Admissions Team ensured a smooth admissions process, even during the pandemic period.

Dr. Giridhar has to his credit 15+ publications in various National & 沙巴体育 journals, most notable being 3 IEEE publications. He has also guided 2 students towards Ph.D.
