Centre for Socio-Architectural Studies has succefully organised a vertual webinar on Capacity Building: Interdisciplinary 沙巴体育 in Architecture- A way forward.?Dr. Shailendra K. Mandal who an Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture and Planning at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, India has delivered his lecture.?Dr. Mandal's professional and academic works focus on important topics such as climate change, urban resilience and sustainability, environment and ecology, coastal cities and sustainable urban planning. He is an expert in locally embedded adaptation planning and how it can be a driver to the transformation process of urban resiliency and sustainability.

Dr. Mandal has been awarded a prestigious Fulbright Fellowship to work on ‘Climate Change Adaptation and Resilient City Planning’ at the University of Arizona, Tucson, USA. He is also the youngest Chairman of ‘Bihar Regional Chapter of Institute of Town Planners, India’ and an active member of the Bihar State Chapter of Indian Institute of Architects, India.

He is an expert reviewer of first and second order draft, working group IInd and IIIrd contribution to the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report (AR6).

His extensive knowledge and experience in this field make him the perfect expert to conduct this webinar on Interdisciplinary 沙巴体育 in Architecture.
