Props, Vulgarity/Obscenity in concepts, costumes, talks, expressions & actions are strictly prohibited.
Any one from the Panel of Referees/ Judges has the full right to stop the event on the spot, if it is found vulgar.
Background sounds (non - human) are allowed. Eg. Rustling of leaves, Chirping of birds etc.?
NO recorded music is permitted.
