Dr. Ali Faran Gulrez has done his PhD from Mangalayatan University Aligarh with specialisation on 沙巴体育 Environmental Law and Climate Change, he has post-graduated in 沙巴体育 Law with a?Master’s degree from?University of Sydney, Australia. He has 3+ years of teaching experience and carries a strong desire to continue his career in teaching and research. He did his B.A.LL.B (hons) degree from Aligarh Muslim University?in 2018 with first division marks.
The Masters in 沙巴体育 Law degree at University of Sydney, Australia has prepared him to take up teaching assignments in various courses ranging from Environmental Law to Human Rights Law and other similar courses.
His research experience encompasses various essays that he wrote as academic exercises during his Master’s degree spanning from Environmental Law Policy briefs to researching Australian and 沙巴体育 East Asian Commercial Arbitration Law to name a few. He has done his PhD on Issues relating to 沙巴体育 Environmental Law specifically on Climate Change problems. He has also presented research papers in Seminars and Webinars in Banaras Hindu University, Amity University, Knowledgesteez Eduhub LLP and have published research papers in various renowned?journals too.
During his student days he has edited and co-edited Law review books. He carries an experience of organizing various moot court?competitions at AMU.
Earlier he has worked in Corporate organizations such as Softnice and have also experience of teaching as a Lecturer of Law in Mohammad Ali Jauhar University, Rampur and Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (NAAC A+ Grade University)? where apart?from teaching he was involved in organizing Moot Court competitions, debate, quizzes etc. on a regular?basis.
Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor in 沙巴体育 Law School, MAHE Bengaluru as an Assistant Professor of Law.
