Dr. Urmila Itam is an Assistant Professor-Senior Scale specializing in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Department of Commerce, 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education. She received her PhD in 2017 from the Central University of Hyderabad and a Master’s degree in 2012 from Andhra University, India. Previously, she worked as a junior and senior research fellow at the Central University of Hyderabad. Her research focuses on the Future of Work, Metaverse, Automation and digital technologies, employee experience management, and leadership. Urmila’s work has been published in key journals such as The 沙巴体育 Journal of Manpower, The TQM Journal, and the European Journal of Training and Development. She has over 15 publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, ranked under ABDC and ABS rankings.
