Qualification: An extensive expertise in clinical and social psychology involves an academic journey including earning a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, and an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the same institution. She also holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Lucknow University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow, UP. The research focuses on Health Psychology, specifically examining the challenges and concerns faced by caregivers. In addition to her academic pursuits, have also served as a psychologist and trainer for prominent organizations such as Zydus Cadila in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and CASP & Sol Family Centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Early career involved mentoring employees on life skills, reflecting the commitment to enhancing psychological resilience and well-being in various professional settings.
